Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prototyping & Assembly: Perform precise soldering (SMD/through-hole), crimping, and mechanical integration of PCBs, sensors, and wiring harnesses into airframes.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct functional validation and troubleshoot electronic subsystems using standard lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analyzers).
• Design Support: Assist senior engineers with schematic capture, PCB layout, and managing technical documentation (test reports, BOMs).
• System Integration: Test hardware-firmware communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN) and utilize Python for basic hardware testing automation.

Desired Skills:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Strong theoretical knowledge of analog and digital circuit design.
• Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in fine-pitch soldering and experience with electronic lab equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, datasheets, and technical documentation quickly.

Qualification :    Familiarity with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, KiCad).

Experience :   Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers (STM32/ESP32), or flight controllers (Pixhawk).

Electronics Design Engineer – UAV EO/IR Camera Hardware

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electronic hardware for EO/IR payload systems used in UAVs.
• Integrate high-performance CMOS/IR sensors, thermal imaging modules, and video processors.
• Develop and optimize real-time video transmission electronics (HDMI, SDI, LVDS, MIPI, Ethernet).
• Work on rugged, low-SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power) designs for airborne payloads.
• Implement power management systems for camera modules to ensure efficiency and reliability in UAV platforms.
• Ensure hardware meets defense-grade MIL-STD environmental and EMI/EMC standards.
• Collaborate with optics, gimbal/mechanical, and embedded software teams for seamless payload integration.
• Conduct lab and field testing for performance validation under vibration, temperature extremes, and high-altitude conditions.
• Prepare technical documentation, design reviews, and support defense qualification processes.

Desired Skills:

• Strong expertise in analog/digital circuit design for EO/IR camera electronics.

Electronics Design Engineer – UAV RF Communication Systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RF communication systems for UAVs (telemetry, command & control, video/data links).
• Work on RF front-end circuits including LNAs, PAs, filters, mixers, and synthesizers.
• Develop and integrate software-defined radios (SDR) and custom RF transceivers.
• Optimize antenna design, placement, and integration for UAV platforms.
• Implement secure and encrypted communication links for defense-grade applications.
• Ensure low-latency, long-range, and interference-resistant communication.
• Conduct RF testing, tuning, and validation using spectrum analyzers, VNA, and RF test equipment.
• Ensure compliance with defense communication standards, EMI/EMC, and spectrum regulations.
• Collaborate with embedded software, payload, and system integration teams.
